Hamilton Heights Christian Academy is very pleased to announce that after almost two years of development, it will soon be introducing an enhanced college preparatory curriculum, Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses, dozens of new electives, NCAA and dual credit courses, a post-graduate program and much more. 

 

The following courses and programs will be offered and delivered via a blended learning environment (classroom, online, and distance) allowing for our students to take many courses at their convenience and within their schedule.  Please watch for future announcements. 

Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) Courses:

For those students looking for a harder academic challenge and seeking a competitive edge when applying for Top 100 and Ivy League schools, HHCA will be offering over a dozen Honors and AP classes.  Upon successful completion of these courses, student may receive a higher weighted GPA and earn college and university credit by passing AP exams.

 

Electives

A wide variety of new electives will be offered that will allow students to take courses of their choosing in arears such as:  Music, Art, Computer Science, Engineering, Foreign Languages, Pre-Medicine, Business, and many other academic and vocational fields.

 

NCAA Approved Classes & Post-Graduate Credit Program

For student-athletes that need to improve their GPA prior to acceptance and being awarded a college or university athletic scholarship, HHCA will offer core curriculum classes designed that NCAA approved.  This program will also allow the student athletes to continue to participate in their sport while completing academic units and credits.

 

Dual Enrollment

By completing specific college-level coursework, eligible students may earn units that are accepted by both HHCA and a number of local, regional and out of state colleges and universities.

 

Home School & Distance Education

Using an online platform, students will be able to earn transferrable and college accepted units, possibly even a full high school diploma without ever physically attending.  More information to follow.
