The athletic program at Hamilton Heights Christian Academy (HHCA) exists for the purpose of developing physical, personal, and spiritual skills of the student-athlete that will have lifelong benefits. In providing opportunities for interscholastic competition, the athletic department seeks to support the overall mission of the school, and promote the Biblical ideal that everything should be done to glorify God (I Corinthians 10:31).

HHCA’s athletic programs are focused on and dedicated to helping student-athletes from all over the world, play at a National level so that ALL team members will be eligible for and receive athletic scholarships to U.S. colleges and universities. HHCA student-athletes have received tens of millions of dollars in scholarship offers by committing to and following the guidelines, presented below.

The success of a student-athlete is not only impacted by the support and commitment of the school and its coaches, but also by the student’s family, and, guardians and or host family. These “influencers” play a critical role and must be as committed and dedicated as the student-athlete.

Hamilton Heights Christian Academy has at the core of its mission the goal of helping young men and women from third-world and developing nations come to the United States to attend high school, take Bible study classes and then through athletics and academics, receive full scholarships to U.S. colleges and universities.  Currently, more than 25% of the school’s student body is on scholarships fully subsidized by the school and host families.  It is our hope and dream that these students will graduate from U.S. colleges and universities and have good lives and careers and help others who are less fortunate.  We are not only committed to this “paying it forward” concept (“when someone does something for you, instead of paying that person back directly, you pass it on to another person instead”), we are heavily invested in it.

Hamilton Heights Christian Academy (HHCA) recognizes the importance of Sports and Athletic Recruiters and the value they bring to students and their parents in local and international markets. 

HHCA is pleased to work with and develop preferred relationships with Recruiters, Agents, and Agencies that comply with both the requirements and spirit of all NCAA policies and work for what is in the best interest of the “Student-Athlete”.  HHCA does not and will not pay and or financially compensate agents for placing students at our school and the school must be able to maintain direct ongoing communication with the student-athletes parents and or legal guardians.  HHCA coaches will continue to work with the agent as required, in order to ensure the student’s ultimate academic and athletic success.

HHCA offers both full and partial scholarships to qualified Student-Athletes.  These are reviewed on an annual basis and the student must maintain their scholarship eligibility as determined by the President of the Board of Directors. Student-Athletes must follow the school rules as outlined in the Student-Parent handbook, and by their coaches, teachers, and faculty members, and maintain their academic GPA.

Student-Athletes that enter the US on an F1 visa, are also required to comply with the Department of Homeland Security’s policies and procedures and maintain their visa status.
