HHCA Apparel PDF Print E-mail

The online store for apparel is now open.  If you do not have online access, let us know and we will help place the order for you. We will put the link for the store on this website. To order apparel, go to, then click the "My Team Shop" logo. Next, click "Login Now" and enter "hawks9ME" (without quotation marks) as the Access Code. The apparel store will be open through September 26. The apparel will be delivered to the school and we will hand it to the students.

Test Of Emergency Broadcast System PDF Print E-mail

We will run a test announcement on our emergency contact system on September 22, around 1:00 pm, weather permitting. We will send out a test phone call, text message, and e-mail. If you do not receive any of these, it means we do not have your correct contact information. We will not perform this test in the event of severe weather or an actual local or national emergency on that date. If you have any questions, please contact the office.


Spring Trip PDF Print E-mail

Our spring trip for 2015 will be to New York City. The cost for the trip will be $975.00, which is only $25.00 more than our last trip to New York City in 2010. This includes everything except meals and souvenirs. The trip is open to all Hamilton Heights students (at the administration’s discretion).  The first payment for the trip of $150.00 is due on September. At least 20 students must make the initial payment for us to proceed with booking the trip. If there are not enough students planning to attend the trip, payments will be refunded. Otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.

Online Payments PDF Print E-mail

You may now make tuition and other payments online through the Parents Web of the RenWeb administrative software. To make payments, login to your student’s account. The click on the tab “Family Information” on the left side of the page. Finally click on the tab for “Family Billing”. This will bring up your account status. There is a link to the right that says “Pay Now”. Click on this link and you will be able to enter the amount you would like to pay. You will then be directed to choose the option for payment, either echeck (an $0.85 surcharge) or via credit card (a 3.75% surcharge is added). We are sorry but you cannot make payments with Visa, only MasterCard and American Express. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Stone.


Paperless Grade Reports, Newsletters, and Tuition Statements PDF Print E-mail

We have now moved to a completely paperless system for communications. It is imperative that we have an email account on file for each family. If you have been receiving the monthly newsletter, your monthly invoice, or report cards and progress reports, it means we do not have your correct e-mail address. Please contact our office as soon as possible to provide the correct address.
