If you refer someone new to HHCA who actually attends for one month, you will receive one month’s free tuition for each recommendation. They must give us your name on their application for you to receive the tuition.

 

 
Enrollment for 2014-2015 PDF Print E-mail

We have only a few placements left for the 2014-2015 academic year. We have had a 97% re-enrollment for the 2014-2015 academic year, so if you are interested in enrolling at Hamilton Heights, please do so immediately.

Tuition for next year will be $4750.00. This still makes Hamilton Heights the most affordable, fully-accredited school in Hamilton County.

All payments now will be based on an 11-month calendar year and will be inclusive of the activities fees, meaning payments will be $431.82 next year. Also, remember, if you refer someone new to HHCA who actually attends for one month, you will receive one month’s free tuition for each recommendation.

 

 

 
Beginning of School Activities PDF Print E-mail

Please note the following important beginning of the school year dates:

Open House: August 19; 7:00 pm

This is a time for students to pick up their schedules and parents to complete appropriate forms.

First Day of School: August 21

Classes begin on August 21 at 8:00 am. Students will meet in the gymnasium on the first day.

 
Online Payments PDF Print E-mail

You may now make tuition and other payments online through the Parents Web of the RenWeb administrative software. To make payments, login to your student’s account. The click on the tab “Family Information” on the left side of the page. Finally click on the tab for “Family Billing”. This will bring up your account status. There is a link to the right that says “Pay Now”. Click on this link and you will be able to enter the amount you would like to pay. You will then be directed to choose the option for payment, either echeck (an $0.85 surcharge) or via credit card (a 3.75% surcharge is added). We are sorry but you cannot make payments with Visa, only MasterCard and American Express. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Stone.

 

 
Parking Passes PDF Print E-mail

Remember all students who drive to school will be required to purchase a parking pass. Passes are $100.00 if purchased in the 1st Semester; $75.00 if purchased in the 3rd Quarter; and $50.00 if purchased in the 4th quarter. Passes will not be required if a student begins driving in April 2014.
